Your sourcing contact, from the first brief
Brieftory helps international buyers organise requirements and explore supplier connections in China. Start with the product you need, even if the quantity, destination or specification is still taking shape.
Our role is to clarify the buying need, review the supplier information available and check whether a relevant conversation can be explored. You choose a direct introduction or agree a defined piece of buyer-side procurement work. The service page explains responsibilities, fees and an example of the information a handover can contain.
How we handle product information
A supplier’s description, a document tied to a model and a question awaiting an answer are different things. We keep that distinction when preparing requirements and reviewing replies. A photograph can show an outline or finish; it cannot establish certification, material identity or suitability for a particular order.
Our guides explain how to ask useful procurement questions. Product-specific details come from the information available for that product and need checking against your request. Article update dates identify content revisions; they do not certify that every supplier term is unchanged.
Examples marked as illustrative are preparation tools, not customer orders or evidence of results. If something in a guide needs correcting, email contact@brieftory.com with the page and the point you want us to review.
What stays with the buyer
You decide whether to proceed with a supplier and what contact information may be shared. An introduction does not place an order. A buyer-side assignment covers the work agreed with you; inspections, specialist technical advice and other third-party work need their own scope.
Our sourcing process follows those decisions from brief to handover. The buying guides help you prepare a specification, compare replies and record a sample decision.
