China Sourcing Services
Choose a direct supplier introduction or commission a defined piece of procurement work. We agree what is included before starting paid work.
01 · Direct introduction
Meet a supplier for your request.
We review your requirements, check whether a relevant supplier is willing to consider them and provide a suitable candidate summary for your review.
- You choose whether to proceed and what information may be shared.
- The accepting supplier pays the agreed inquiry fee before the agreed contact handover.
- You and the supplier then handle quotation, negotiation and the order.
We do not promise a fixed number of candidates or a successful order. If a supplier cannot proceed, we explain the available next step.
02 · Buyer-side support
Agree a defined sourcing assignment.
A buyer-side engagement may cover requirements, supplier review, quotation comparison or coordination. The agreed brief determines the work.
- A startup fee covers the agreed first stage.
- Factory visits, inspections, sample logistics and other specialist work require separate scope and pricing.
- We agree responsibility, deliverables, timing and any third-party costs before that work begins.
Commissioning support does not automatically authorize us to sign purchase contracts or hold your purchasing funds.
What a useful handover looks like
You should be able to see which requirement a supplier has answered and what still needs a decision. For an introduction, the candidate summary explains the proposed fit and open points. For buyer-side work, we agree which comparison or coordination records are included.
A brief like this keeps a promising lead separate from an accepted specification. See the product sourcing process and the OEM and ODM design questions for the records behind those decisions.
Choosing how much support you need
If you are deciding whether to manage the purchase yourself, use our sourcing agent or factory direct guide to identify the tasks your team can own and the help you need.
Before we start
Tell us what the product must do and which requirements are fixed. Quantity, destination and timing help us judge the next step, but you can leave them open in your first request.
Fees and supplier choice
Swipe or scroll across to see the full table.
| Service path | Who pays | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Direct supplier introduction | The accepting supplier pays the agreed inquiry fee. Basic matching and introduction are free for the buyer. | We clarify your need, confirm supplier interest and share suitable profiles. Contact sharing follows your choice and permission. |
| Buyer-side procurement support | The buyer pays an agreed startup fee. Specialist work is quoted separately. | We agree the scope, deliverables and fees before starting the commissioned work. |
We explain who pays for each service. Direct introduction and buyer-side work are distinct paths; choosing one does not silently add charges from the other. Any later change in scope or service path is agreed with you.
