Information And Requests

Privacy Summary.

This page explains how information shared through Brieftory’s public buyer form is used to review and respond to a sourcing request.

Information You Choose To Share

The buyer form asks for a product or category, requirements, optional quantity, destination, timing, your name, and a direct contact. The consent checkbox records that we may use those details to review and respond.

Why We Use It

We use the request to understand the procurement need, decide what clarification is useful, respond through the contact route supplied, and coordinate a supplier conversation or an agreed service where relevant.

Attribution And Technical Details

The form may include campaign parameters, landing page, path, and referrer supplied by the browser. These values are stored as client-reported attribution and are not proof of how a request was acquired. The browser may keep attribution for the current visit so campaign context is not lost when you move to the request form.

Sharing For A Supplier Conversation

We agree the relevant contact-sharing scope with you before a supplier introduction. A request submission alone is not permission to publish your contact details.

Public Forms And Internal Tools

Public pages do not open an AI chat. Internal research tools may assist staff with organizing information; people decide what is appropriate to review and share.

Information Choices

Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information through the buyer form. If you have a question about information connected with a request, email contact@brieftory.com with enough context for us to identify it.
