How it works

From A Buying Brief
To A Supplier Conversation.

We start with your requirements, then work through the questions and choices needed for a useful introduction or a defined procurement assignment.

01 · Share the product and your requirements

Send a description, a reference or the requirements you already know. You can indicate missing details rather than guessing.

02 · Clarify the buying need

We identify what affects the search: intended use, specifications, quantity, destination, timing and any non-negotiable conditions.

03 · Review possible supplier fit

We use supplier information to identify possible matches and confirm current interest with the relevant contact. A previous supplier relationship does not prove that every new order can be accepted.

04 · Choose the supplier and service path

Review the candidate information available for your request. Choose direct introduction or discuss a buyer-side assignment. We agree contact sharing, scope and fees as applicable.

05 · Proceed with the agreed handover or work

For an introduction, contact handover follows the agreed conditions. For commissioned work, we follow the agreed scope. Samples, material trials and inspections are separate steps where needed.

A product description and the details that matter are enough to start. Quantity and timing can stay open.
