Change the product description to suit your request.
Plan around your application
A component request for a new panel differs from a replacement request. Describe the system and the component scope so suppliers can respond to the same requirement.
Supplier-provided capacitor image. Request the model datasheet to confirm electrical ratings and dimensions.
Capacitors for APFC panel component sourcing
For an automatic power factor correction panel, provide the capacitor requirements from the panel designer. A catalogue photograph cannot establish whether a component suits the switching arrangement, harmonic conditions or enclosure.
For your enquiry: Include rated voltage, frequency, required kvar, step arrangement, available space and the engineering requirements for associated reactors. State whether you need capacitors only or a separate quotation for other components.
Supplier-provided reactor image. A reactor is an associated component, not a capacitor; confirm engineering compatibility.
Replacement components for existing compensation equipment
When replacing a capacitor or reviewing an associated reactor, start from the original specification and the system condition. A matching component outline is not enough to establish interchangeability.
For your enquiry: Provide the existing ratings, dimensions, terminal layout and relevant drawings for engineering review. Record any proposed substitution and its supporting documents before approving the order.
A replacement capacitor or a new system requirement; describe the existing installation.
Electrical requirements
Rated voltage, frequency and required kvar, together with engineering drawings or the existing part reference.
Physical fit
Dimensions, terminals, mounting, enclosure conditions and required product documentation.
System conditions
Known harmonics or non-linear loads, switching requirements and existing compensation equipment. Leave unknown values for engineering review.
Purchase scope
Quantity, packing, test documentation and the parameters a supplier must confirm.
Compare the offered component with the required one
Keep the engineer’s requirement and the supplier’s proposed part in separate columns. A low price or a similar-looking enclosure is not enough to approve a replacement.

A different rating is offered
Required and offered voltage, frequency and kvar; the proposed part reference.
Return the difference to the responsible engineer before accepting the substitution.
The electrical description matches
Drawings, terminal arrangement, dimensions and mounting details for the actual offered part.
Have fit and system compatibility checked; do not infer them from the product photograph.
A unit price is supplied
Quantity basis, sample and transport charges, test documents, packing and dispatch timing.
Request missing items before treating two quotations as comparable.
This is a purchasing comparison, not an engineering selection or installation instruction. Record who will close each technical question.
What to confirm before comparing offers
This page covers capacitor components. A capacitor used in an APFC panel does not mean we can supply or design the complete cabinet. Sizing and installation need confirmation by the responsible engineer.
Compare the same requirement
Use the same product specification and revision when asking for quotations. Record exceptions, missing documents, sample or trial costs and the point from which a lead time starts. An unanswered question remains open.
