Plan around your application
A tap needs to fit the space, the plumbing connection and the way it will be used. Start with the application, then agree the dimensions and finish.
Supplier-provided kitchen scene. Check sink fit and connection requirements.
Kitchen taps for residential fit-outs and retail ranges
For a kitchen range or a housing fit-out, compare spout reach and height against the sink and worktop. A product that looks right in a photograph may leave too little room beneath a wall cabinet or place the water outlet outside the bowl.
For your enquiry: Send a sink drawing, mounting-hole size, connection requirements, target finish and quantities by model. For custom kitchen faucets, identify which dimensions or features must change and ask the supplier to confirm feasibility before sampling.
Supplier-provided basin scene. Check spout reach and installation dimensions.
Bathroom basin taps for renovation projects
Match the basin tap to the bowl depth, rim height and installation space. If you are building a coordinated bathroom range, compare the finish across models using samples rather than screen colours.
For your enquiry: Include basin dimensions, water-pressure requirements, destination-market documentation and your sample approval criteria. Specify any requested logo, packaging or finish customisation so availability and minimum quantities can be checked.
Kitchen mixer, bathroom tap or drinking-water fitting; where and how it will be used.
Material and finish
Required steel grade, finish reference, and acceptable variation. A material description is not a product approval.
Installation
Connection size and type, mounting dimensions, available space and any drawings.
Market and evidence
Country of installation or sale, drinking-water contact, buyer-required standards and the specific model documents to review.
Quantity and packaging
Order range, branding or customization, spare parts and packaging requirements.
Which faucet request are you making?
Start with an existing model if it meets the installation requirements. If it does not, identify the exact change before asking for a price. A colour option, a logo and a new connection are separate questions.

Buy an existing faucet
Product reference, mounting and connection requirements, destination and quantity by model.
The offered model, specification differences, documents, packing and delivery scope.
Change the finish, marking or packaging
Finish reference, artwork or packaging brief. Keep each requested change on its own line.
Availability for that model, minimum quantity, sample and setup charges, and approval steps.
Change the shape, dimensions or connection
A marked drawing showing what stays and what changes, with a revision number.
Feasibility review, drawings, development or tooling charges, and what must be checked on a sample.
Ask for a response against every change: accepted as specified, an alternative proposed, or more information needed. Keep unconfirmed changes out of an approved production specification.
What to confirm before comparing offers
Ask for documents that identify the exact model and scope. A certificate for a material or another product is not enough to establish suitability for your order.
Compare the same requirement
Use the same product specification and revision when asking for quotations. Record exceptions, missing documents, sample or trial costs and the point from which a lead time starts. An unanswered question remains open.
